I agree with the terms and conditions as a guest of Luxury Living at the Marriott Grand Residence Club, South Lake Tahoe.
I agree to receive this special Jr.Studio Suite rate as a "GUEST OF THE OWNER" If I fail to mention I am a “GUEST” or say otherwise, unfortunately, MARRIOTT will be forced to charge me the full price. I have been advised of the above.
When I arrive at the Marriott, the VALET will greet us and I will mention that I am a "GUEST OF THE OWNER-" The VALET will then take my belongings to my room and I will Not be charged an additional fee for valet over and above the discount rate offered by Luxury Living as long as I am a “GUEST”.
I will check into the front desk under the name supplied to Luxury Living and will make sure to mention again that I am a "A GUEST OF THE OWNER".
I am renting a Jr. Studio Suite at the Marriott Grand Residence Club, South Lake Tahoe, California.
An EMAIL CONFIRMATION will be sent to me by Luxury Living. I will confirm receipt of details by email to info@LuxuryHeavenlyTahoe.com and follow the instructions emailed to me prior to my arrival.
Check in is at 4PM.
Rate already reflects discount.
Discount is subject to availability.

Holding Your Reservation
- We will need full payment to reserve your room. No rooms will be held until payment is received.
Canceling Your Reservation
- You may cancel your reservation for no charge until (60 day[s] before arrival).
- Please note if you must cancel after this deadline you will be charged full payment unless Luxury Living is able to rebook your unit for the dates scheduled.
You will be refunded less a 25% service fee if unit is rebooked.
Modifying Your Reservation
- Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
